Commission Work

Commissioned projects start at $200.

Oil is my preferred medium, but I will do acrylics.

A small landscape example, an old house place, usually is done at a cheaper rate (starting at $200), as there isn't as much time involved. Each project is evaluated on an individual basis depending on what the client wants done. I don't usually give a client a price until I see an example (old photo, etc) of what they want. Please keep in mind any copyright laws and the fact that I can not copy someone else's work.

The amount of design planning I do affects the costs

Are there people or animals to be included and what size canvas do you want?

That also affects the cost, since I will have to commit more time & design.

I don't guarantee people to be exact, but as near as possible.

The quality of the resources I have to complete the project drasctically affect the end project also.

I use a lot of photographs that I have taken myself for resource material to do my paintings. Most paintings you find in my gallery may be from several photos to complete the whole design scheme of my work. I can do the same for you.

I reserve the right to all copyrights on the finished painting unless an agreement is made between the client and myself to buy that right.

I take commissions on a first come first serve basis & I usually have a waiting list so if you need something by a particular time you need to reserve your project with me to ensure it can be finished on time.

Payments, Deposits and Refunds

I expect half of the project cost to reserve the commission and no refunds are given on the deposit.
